About · Bio
Dirty Swift
Dirty Swift is one of the most respected figures in French-speaking hip-hop DJing. A French DJ based in Paris, active since 2010, he is the author of Culture DJ (Larousse, 2023), the host of the 2024 DMC World DJ Championship, the creator of the 500+ #MondayMix, and a host on Générations 88.2 FM.
The DJ
A pioneer of Dirty South and Trap in France, he forged an instantly recognizable mixing style —
Hip-Hop, Trap, Drill, Afrobeats, Dancehall, Shatta, Baile Funk, House — with a craftsman's precision and
a veteran's read of the room. Cut Killer, his acknowledged mentor, invited him to stand in for the opening
of Beyoncé & Jay-Z's OTR2 tour at the Stade de France in 2018, then to play on his
landmark Cut Killer Show on Skyrock for MondayMix #500. Two years later, DJ Snake entrusted
him with the opening of his flagship Paris La Défense Arena show.
The voice
Formerly a daily host on Mouv', he now hosts Dirty Lab on Générations weekdays (1–4 PM) and
Dirty Mix on Saturday nights (8–10 PM). His two podcast series — #MondayMix,
launched 15 years ago and now over 500 episodes deep, and #DirtyMix — total more than
30 million combined streams, repeatedly ranked #1 among French music podcasts on Apple Podcasts.
The author
His book Culture DJ, published by Larousse in 2023, brings the history of this
craft to readers far beyond the dance floor. Host of the 2024 DMC World DJ Championship —
over eight hours on stage in front of the world's best — and founder of the international
Playin' Paris DJ competition with La Place, he holds a rare position in French DJ culture:
the practitioner who also writes its history.
Enterprise & sport
Opening the Google Cloud Summit at the Accor Arena before 4,000 tech leaders, the official mix for the
NBA Paris Game afterparty, a set for the NFL Super Bowl France, a live mix on Canal+ for the World Boxing
Championships, and resident DJ of the Musketeers — France's first pro American-football franchise.
Brand & culture
Lacoste, Adidas, Accor, the Project X Paris rebranding party and residency, the Wu-Tang Pop-Up Store, the
Kalash pop-up, the L'Art de Rien festival. And, for his 50th birthday in November 2025, a
50 DJs night at the iconic Gibus club that gathered the entire French game around him.
